At DogHealthLab, your satisfaction — and your dog’s health — are our top priorities. That’s why every customer’s first purchase is backed by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. The guarantee period begins on the day of purchase.
Only a customer’s first order is eligible for a return or refund.
✅ Orders That Have Not Yet Shipped
We’re happy to offer a full refund for orders that have not yet shipped.
Once an order has left our facility, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, except under our performance guarantee outlined below.
✅ Used Product — Money Back on First Jar If It Didn’t Work
If you’ve used the product consistently for at least 45 days and did not experience the intended benefits, you may still qualify for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

We will refund one (1) opened jar per customer.

Any unused jars may be returned for a refund.

We may request brief documentation or photos to confirm consistent use, which helps us improve our products and customer experience.
🛍️ Bundles & Multi-Packs
Bundles and heavily discounted promotional offers are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.
⚠️ Exceptional Circumstances
If a return is requested outside of the standard guarantee terms, we may still be able to help. However, a 35% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.

📦 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout and cannot modify shipping details once an order is placed.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package cannot be delivered, we may offer a replacement order at a discounted rate. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout, and additional shipping charges may apply.

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided that:
